Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your PawLane order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size (please check the size chart before ordering), or items that have been used. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we approve the request.
